Please click "ADD TO CART" if you need one of our qualified Air Conditioning, Heat Pump or Water Services Engineers to come to your site.

There is no "call-out" charge but our Engineer's time (including travelling to & from site) is charged by the hour. Vehicle mileage is charged by the mile from our Worsley, Manchester office. The total site & travel time, together with mileage to & from site, will be added to your final bill.

NB Occasionally, we have had customers in the past who think that on site equipment fault diagnosis is supplied free of charge and that they only have to pay if they go ahead and have their equipment repaired. For the purpose of clarity, all engineer fault diagnosis site & travel time is chargeable except where it is supplied as part of pre-purchased on-site warranty package.
