Refrigeration quality (thick wall, cleaned & dehydrated) copper tubing available in soft coiled or half hard straight length formats. The coils come in 15M or 30M lengths whilst the straight length half hard tubes are 3M long.
All tube ends are either capped or crimped.

Premium Quality Insulation specifically designed for air conditioning pipework use. The insulation is available in 2 metre straight lengths or 15m rolls. Two wall thicknesses are available - 9mm for short pipework runs where heat gains or losses would be minimal, or 13mm wall thickness for longer pipe runs / borderline unit duty selections.
The insulation prevents condensation forming on the refrigeration pipework & is waterproof.

Pipework Trunking provides an easy (and very neat) way of both fixing & covering the pipework & wiring between indoor & outdoor units. Matching fittings are available to allow the neatest possible installation.

The best place to mount any heat pump outdoor unit or air conditioning condenser is on the floor. When this is isn't possible, you need a condenser wall bracket.

These fully-flexible refrigerant lines are set to REVOLUTIONISE the air conditioning market.

Ours are fitted to your choice of air conditioner in our workshop. They enable the speedy, safe & environmentally sound connection of the refrigerant gas lines without the need for vacuum pumps, gauge manifolds or additional refrigerant.

The thermoplastic hoses are fitted by us and evacuated with a vacuum pump. The vacuum is broken with refrigerant gas of the correct type & the tubes are then slightly pressurised to prevent the ingress of contaminants. The "DIY" end of the tubes are fitted with high quality self-sealing couplings that can be both connected and released under pressure with no refrigerant gas spillage (or air inclusion) under normal conditions.
